Decide offers research-based, AI-powered support aimed at facilitating decision-making at any time, addressing the complexities of daily choices faced by individuals, especially those with neurodivergent conditions.

Rationale for Developing Decide:

Adults are confronted with approximately 33,000 decisions each day. For those with neurodivergent brains, this multitude of choices can often lead to significant burnout. Decide integrates artificial intelligence with research-driven methodologies to alleviate the stress and overwhelm associated with both minor and major decisions.

Tools Offered by Decide:

• GUIDED: Users can pose questions and receive contextually appropriate reflection prompts that encourage thoughtful responses. Following this, a tailored recommendation for next steps is provided alongside actionable instructions for implementation. Additional questions or context can further enhance the recommendation.
• RANDOM: This feature allows users to compile lists for routine choices, such as their preferred coffee orders or a selection of enjoyable activities. Users can assign energy levels to each option and make random selections later based on their current state of mind.
